MilePocket Legal Information and Terms of Use
Updated and effective 2026-10-25 · Revision GPS-1
MilePocket is a product of Aliens Logistics LLC. These Terms govern use of the MilePocket apps, website, account portal and connected features. Contact: support@milepocket.com.
MilePocket’s main tools help professional drivers track mileage and trips, manage income and expenses in Finance, evaluate loads in Check Loads and estimate fuel needs and costs in Fuel. Supported carrier connections are an optional supplementary feature.
1 Agreement and eligibility
By accepting these Terms when creating an account or through another clear acceptance step, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features that require acceptance. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace separate permissions or consents required for a feature.
MilePocket is intended for adult drivers and its current launch is for the United States. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so and to submit its information. Language options do not change the service’s geographic availability.
2 Account and permitted use
Provide accurate account information, protect your access and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not send us passwords or authentication codes in support messages.
You may use MilePocket’s available features subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store licence. You retain rights in your records; we retain rights in our software. You authorize processing of your records as needed for the requested features and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not bypass security controls, access another person’s records without permission, introduce harmful code, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent allowed by law.
3 Loads and connected services
MilePocket is an independent companion for supported cargo-van, expedited and box-truck workflows. When you enable a supported connection, MilePocket retrieves information available through that connection and presents it to you with filtering and optional route, distance, travel-time, toll and cost estimates. Access methods and available information depend on the provider and connection. It does not itself bid on, accept, decline or modify a load for you.
We process connected-carrier content to provide and support the features you request, secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. MilePocket does not sell or resell carrier load feeds, pool or distribute connected feeds between MilePocket users, or use that content as an independent commercial dataset. Any fees are for MilePocket’s features and do not grant you ownership of or additional rights in carrier content. Processing by cloud, mapping and alert-delivery providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Connect only an account that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use for the account holder. You must have permission for the intended access and use, comply with applicable carrier terms and avoid bypassing access controls or restrictions. Signing in successfully or authorizing MilePocket does not establish that the carrier permits third-party integration or reuse of its content. These Terms grant no rights belonging to a carrier and do not replace any permission that MilePocket itself must obtain. They do not remove either party’s duties under applicable law.
A supported connection does not imply partnership, certification or endorsement by Dispatchland, Western, Manamis, Odysseia, Telegram, Google, Apple, OpenStreetMap or another provider. Their names, marks and content belong to their owners. Providers can change their interfaces, terms, access or availability.
The displayed feed is not a guaranteed complete or real-time copy of the provider’s app. Offers, rates, schedules, requirements and status may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate because of source responses, filtering, synchronization or service limitations. Check the original provider before acting. Alerts do not guarantee that a load is available, suitable or still open. Push delivery does not guarantee independent load discovery while all collecting devices are inactive.
Connected-carrier content is excluded from shared community analytics or heatmaps unless the necessary rights and lawful permissions have been established separately and the feature has been disclosed and separately opted into before activation. A driver’s opt-in does not grant a carrier’s rights, including for content imported into personal records.
4 Routes vehicle suitability and driving safety
Use the interface only when it is safe and lawful, normally while safely parked. Follow road signs, conditions, vehicle restrictions and applicable driving and work-rest rules. Do not rely on MilePocket as proof that a road is suitable for your vehicle.
Route Match is a planning filter. Co-loading or additional cargo requires permission under your carrier, broker and shipper agreements and applicable law. MilePocket does not determine that permission or guarantee schedule compatibility, safe access or commercial-truck routing.
Routes, mileage, timing and tolls are estimates. The Google route pilot uses ordinary driving and passenger-car or two-axle cargo-van toll modelling without a trailer; it does not verify commercial box-truck or high-roof tariffs. Pickup-to-delivery toll estimates may omit deadhead tolls. Missing toll information does not mean toll-free travel. Do not assume live traffic or every road restriction is included.
5 Fuel and cost estimates
Fuel prices may be absent or outdated. A price timestamp refers to the source observation, not necessarily your search time. Cash, card, membership, tax or discount conditions may be unknown. Confirm fuel type, pump price, opening hours and vehicle access directly. Missing diesel data does not confirm diesel availability.
Tank capacity, fuel level, MPG, reserves and budget figures depend on your input, not live vehicle telemetry. Update them after driving or refuelling and keep a suitable reserve. Comparisons use available candidates and information; they do not guarantee the lowest price, a complete station list, safe arrival or accurate access.
Basic fuel estimates may use public regional EIA averages. Actual prices and consumption can differ. Planned insurance, vehicle payments and maintenance reserves are assumptions, not recorded payments. Check effective dates and budget changes before relying on an estimate.
6 Finance trips and exports
You are responsible for checking entered and imported records. Recorded income or a “paid” status does not establish a bank-verified deposit. Gross revenue, RPM and remaining amounts depend on the displayed formula, mileage and costs included. A remainder after listed costs is not after-tax profit and excludes costs not entered. Unknown costs and tolls remain uncertain.
GPS mileage and odometer mileage are different measures. Review gaps, corrections, classifications, dates and time zones. In current iOS versions, period RPM uses eligible completed Business Trips, not odometer readings or miles entered on income records. Mileage sources and calculations on other platforms or older versions may differ; check the displayed formula. Trip labels or exports do not establish tax deductibility, hours-of-service compliance or regulatory compliance.
Website reports show synchronized data; pending device changes may be missing. Export formats and editing controls vary by platform and version. Review reports before relying on them and protect downloaded copies, especially on shared devices. Signing out does not erase exported files.
MilePocket does not provide tax, legal, accounting or investment advice and does not guarantee earnings or profitability. Keep appropriate independent business records and consult qualified advisers when needed.
GPS and mileage-recording accuracy
MilePocket calculates mileage using the device’s location data. Results may differ from the vehicle’s odometer readings and from other apps.
The completeness and accuracy of recording may be affected by satellite signal quality, surrounding obstructions, phone placement, device capabilities, permission and power-saving settings, restrictions on background operation, and interruptions in receiving location data.
Agreement with the odometer and a fixed margin of error are not guaranteed. Before using reports, we recommend checking the completeness of recorded trips.
7 Google Maps and other platform terms
Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Applicable attribution and provider restrictions remain in effect.
Third-party services and app stores have their own terms. These service Terms do not automatically replace an applicable app-store software licence.
8 Availability and access
Features vary by platform, version, location and account eligibility. Test and pilot features may be restricted, rate-limited, changed, suspended or unavailable. Do not assume that a feature shown in an example is enabled for every account.
The service and third-party data can contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MilePocket is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
9 Restrictions and account deletion
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, an immediate security threat or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it. Applicable legal rights continue to apply.
Stopping use, signing out and disconnecting a provider are different from account deletion. Start deletion through the supported iOS account controls. You may also start it through the website account where that option is enabled for your platform, version and account. After final confirmation, ordinary deletion runs automatically without a mandatory support request or manual-processing wait. Keep any records you need before deletion. The Privacy Policy describes the separate technical-retention periods. Contact support@milepocket.com for errors or lost access.
10 Changes and contact
We will identify the effective date of updated Terms and give notice of material changes in a manner appropriate to the change and required by law. Where a new agreement is required, we will request it. Changes do not remove non-waivable rights.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. Questions or concerns: support@milepocket.com.
